The Challenge

Build a complete online travel agency (OTA) platform from scratch — property listings, booking requests, payment processing, owner management, and admin dashboard with role-based access control.

The Approach

Developed a production-grade Next.js application with Prisma ORM on PostgreSQL, implementing a multi-role architecture (Guest, Owner, Admin) with 28 database models. Integrated Razorpay for payments, built a comprehensive admin dashboard with 40+ route handlers, and conducted a performance audit identifying 47 optimization opportunities.
