The Challenge

Build a complete D2C organic skincare technology ecosystem from zero — e-commerce platform, AI face analyzer, ML research pipeline, and brand operations infrastructure.

The Approach

Architected a vertically integrated tech stack: Next.js 16 frontend with Supabase backend, Razorpay payments, client-side ML inference via TensorFlow.js/MediaPipe, and a FastAPI-based model training pipeline. Delivered in phases — e-commerce first, then AI features, then content.
